We are currently having a new telephone system installed. This will be activated this afternoon and at some point the telephone lines will not work for 15 minutes whilst the transition takes place. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
All staff are receiving training in the new system but it will take a little time for us to get used to it so please bear with us whilst we adjust. There are usually teething problems with new technology but once it is working properly we are hoping that the new system will reduce waiting times when patients telephone the surgery.
