The district nursing team are based at the surgery and are primarily responsible for delivering nursing care and support to patients confined to their homes, or recently discharged from hospital. Patients and carers can contact the team directly on 0118 948 3414 and they will be pleased to offer advice and support on a wide range of nursing/health issues.

A health visitor is a qualified nurse with extra training in child development and working with families in the community. The team are based at the surgery and their main role is to provide help and guidance with healthy living, mental health issues, safety, parenting, child protection, and wider social and community issues.
