Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If you are on regular medication your doctor may provide you with a repeat prescription slip. This may be handed in at reception or posted with an itemised note together with a stamped addressed envelope. You may also request prescriptions online. For online requests patients will initially need to obtain a password from reception. Once you have received your password, log onto: www.patient.co.uk/surgery.asp. Please allow two working days and do not let your supply run low as we cannot accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions. Your medication will be reviewed at regular intervals by your doctor and from time to time you will be asked to make an appointment for this purpose.
