How Do I.... Register With The Practice?

Individuals who live within our practice area (see map page) may apply to become registered as a new patient with our practice. Under the terms of the contract under which all GPs now operate, patients are no longer registered with a particular GP. However, our GPs wish to continue to operate with their own patient lists and, wherever possible, new and existing patients will be able to see their preferred GP. How Do I.... Change My Details?

Please inform the reception staff immediately if you change your name, telephone number or move to a new address. The area map shows our practice boundary and we are only able to provide services to people who live inside this area. In the event that you should move outside the boundary, you should register with a new doctor as soon as possible.
