Patients Not Seen Within A Significant Period
All registered patients over 16 years of age may request a consultation if they have not been seen by their GP within a period of three years.
For registered patients 75 years and over, a consultation may be requested if they have not been seen by their GP within a period of twelve months. If, as a result of a patient's medical condition, it would be inappropriate for him / her to attend at the surgery, then arrangements will be made for their GP to carry out the consultation at the patient's home.
Car Parking
While visiting the surgery you are welcome to use the practice car park at the rear of the building which is intended for the use of patients whilst they are attending their appointments, and for surgery staff and doctors only.
Please Note: Cars must not be left in the car park for any other reason - any such cars found in the car park are liable to be removed or clamped.
