PRACTICE NEWSLETTER

The latest Practice newsletter is now available on our website.  We hope to produce this every three months to keep you up to date with the many changes at the Practice.

EXTENDED HOURS

The practice is offering extended hours on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6.30 to 8pm, every other Friday morning from 7 to 8am, and one Saturday in eight, from 8.30 to 10.30.  Please note, these are pre-booked appointments only.  All emergency calls during these times will be dealt with by the Out of Hours Service - Westcall.

PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP

The Practice has a Patient Participation Group which was formed in January 2008.  The group meet 3 to 4 times a year to discuss services at the surgery and contribute to discussions about service development.  The PPG is a good point of contact for patient feedback and suggestions.  Please ask for a form at reception if you have any general / non-medical issues you may wish the PPG to raise with the Practice.  The group wil not be able to deal with patient complaints on matters of a personal nature.  If you would like any more information or would be interested in joining the group, please contact the Practice Manager.
