Problems with Patient Access

We are aware many patients are experiencing various issues with accessing and using the GP online services that are provided by Patient Access.

We have been trying to contact the company to discuss the problems but are not receiving any support from them. As the service is provided by a third party we are very limited as to what we can do, namely, authorise access and reset passwords.

We will continue to try and get answers to the queries and find out the timescales associated with any fixes that may be planned and communicate these with you as soon as possible.

If you have any issues with the service please contact Patient Access directly using the support button on the website or app.

We empathise with you for the inconvenience and frustration this is causing.

Enhanced Access Appointments

Appointments are appointments available up until 19:30 one or two evenings each week and on Saturday mornings from 08:00 to 12:00hrs. Following Government guidelines there is longer telephone access to the surgery on Saturday mornings and all appointments will be pre bookable.

Saturday Morning Opening

We are now open from 8-12 every Saturday morning (except bank holiday weekends).

Our phone line will not be open and all appointments are pre bookable only.

We are not offering a "walk-in" service.

The pharmacy is also open on a Saturday morning.  Patients are able to collect their prescriptions from us, assuming we have been given the required 48 hours (2 working days) to prepare the prescription.  Again we will not be offering a walk-in service for patients to come in and request a prescription to be issued on the day.

Prescriptions can be collected directly from your chosen pharmacy

Please nominate your chosen pharmacy at the surgery
